Our Shipping Policy
Shipping & Delivery
Products sent via Purolator Courier or DHL Express typically ship within 1-2 business days. Express shipments are sent within 24 hours of receipt if ordered before 11 AM PST. We will notify you if a product will take longer than the above typical shipping time. We do not ship to PO Addresses.
Approximate Shipping Schedules: Standard 2-3 business days for domestic Canadian Shipments and 5-7 days for all other destinations. This will vary based on location. A tracking number will be supplied with each package.
We cannot send items from the same order to different locations. Please contact One World Office directly if you have a special shipping request so we can assist.

If you as a customer refuse a shipment for any reason, he/she will be responsible for the cost of return shipping charges. One World Office is not responsible for any customs or duty charges that may be incurred when you receive your package.
